Upon purchase, you are granted a lifetime license to use the AndroidBlitz templates with the following terms:

• You may use the code in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• You may modify, customize, and build upon the provided templates
• You may distribute applications built using our templates
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the original template files
• You may NOT claim ownership of the original template code

As a user of AndroidBlitz, you agree to:

• Review all code before implementation in your projects
• Test thoroughly in your development environment
• Ensure security compliance for your specific use case
• Not use the templates for illegal or harmful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect third-party licenses of included libraries

AndroidBlitz templates are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• Any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the code will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That the code will meet your specific requirements
• That any defects will be corrected

AndroidBlitz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our templates, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or security breaches.

Due to the digital nature of our products and lifetime access provided, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase. We encourage you to review our demo and documentation before making a purchase decision.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AndroidBlitz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
